Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Most of our items are stocked at our Dehiwala store and are typically shipped within 2–3 days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take 2–3 weeks while we restock. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and in-store pickup payments.

How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is easy:

Choose the desired options (like size or color) and click “Add to Cart.”
Once you’re ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
Fill in your shipping details and choose your payment method.
Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel your order before it is handed over to the courier. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order using our Track Order page. Just enter your order number and email to view the delivery status.
How Can I Return a Product?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
